Corporate Trainer

$44.58 per hour + $15900 salary packaging selectability is currently seeking a corporate trainer to work closely with management and the corporate people & culture team to identify training needs, design training programs and deliver training sessions through various methods to our selectability workforce. This is a fulltime position based in Townsville, reporting to the people & culture manager. The key responsibilities of the corporate trainer include, but are not limited to: developing training modules in accordance with policy, procedure and best practice in community mental health, NDIS, Child Safety and Aged Care delivering online and face to face training delivering new employee induction, emerging leaders program and future training pathways identifying training gaps across the organisation and propose opportunities for improvement managing the Learning Management System library project officer for the development of new training pathways, including emerging leaders program and induction designing and developing training modules ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively About you To be successful you must: understanding of NDIS, Child Safety and or Aged Care best practice an engaging presenter who is passionate, interactive and a clear communicator, delivering online and face to face training ability to develop training modules in accordance with best practice experience in PageUp learning (desirable) excellent oral and written communication skills excellent interpersonal skills; capacity to interact with staff at all levels high level organisational, administrative and project management skills, including the ability to set priorities against competing priorities and meet deadlines ability to work under minimal supervision Role requirements certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver’s licence a Child Safety & Personal History Screening check a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' occasional travel to various selectability locations is required About the offer We offer a range of benefits including: annual salary of $88,090 $15,900 + FBT salary packaging benefits access to fitness passport flexible working arrangements career pathways and opportunities for development employee assistance program offering confidential counselling support for employees Applying If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your skills and experience and how you best fit this role. selectability is a not-for-profit charity with a primary focus of improvingmental wellbeing and contributing to suicide prevention across regionalQueensland.
