With no day the same as the last, our bus drivers deliver a range of bus services including public and school routes, charter and special events. Our drivers are highly valued and respected, strongly supported by our management team. We have excellent facilities to be enjoyed and best yet, a friendly inclusive workforce. We currently recruiting FULL TIME Bus Drivers for our Moorabbin depot. We are searching for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering exceptional customer experiences in the safe transportation of passengers. We offer a rotating roster and have a variety of shifts that support flexibility. Applicants can work weekends, early morning and late-night shifts with penalty rates available. In return we offer on‑going support and paid training to our drivers, top industry rates and stable employment in a secure industry. What are we looking for in our Driver's? A current Victorian Car, MR or HR Licence Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded, but not essential as we provide extensive driver training Customer focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Safe driving record High regard for safety, road rules and regulations Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Driver’s Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children Card (WWCC) MR Program available to suitable applicants Our culture At Ventura, we want our people to love coming to work, drive innovative ideas and strive to deliver service; That’s what drives a better future When customers step onto our buses, they know they are in safe hands with our friendly, highly trained drivers.
