Role Description We’re on the hunt for an Account Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry‑level, graduate role perfect for someone ready to kick‑start their career in public relations. If you’ve recently completed your tertiary qualifications and are curious, motivated, and keen to learn the ropes of agency life, we’d love to hear from you. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting account management activities, maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders. Daily tasks will include managing client requests, analysing data to inform decisions, supporting the implementation of projects, and ensuring the overall success of campaigns while meeting client expectations. This is a full‑time, on‑site role, based in Melbourne, VIC. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re: A strong communicator and people‑person, confident collaborating with internal teams and external clients Skilled in admin support and the Microsoft Office suite – iSentia, Klear, Canva experience are all a bonus Comfortable supporting account management and customer service, and excited about building great client relationships Experienced at creating content across multiple social media platforms An analytical thinker who enjoys assessing campaign performance and pulling out smart, data‑informed insights Detail‑obsessed and highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball A creative thinker with a curious mind and fresh ideas you’re keen to bring to the table Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys variety (no two days are the same) Proactive, self‑motivated and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team Genuinely interested in public relations, communications and storytelling (experience through study, internships or passion projects is a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
