Job Description Become an integral part of our team with vision for the future, driving innovation in a dynamic outcome Challenge yourself to see the possibilities and take pride in delivering business objectives Permanent day shift opportunity with Brisbane Heavy Base Maintenance Your Role As a CAD/CAM Programmer you will create, optimise, and maintain CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing operations. You’ll ensure accurate drawings, effective post‑processor coordination, and contribute to workforce capability through training and development initiatives. You’ll Have Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam or SolidWorks) Minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience with a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling Experience with post‑processor customization and G‑code interpretation Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to train and mentor staff effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Qantas You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
