With over a decade of proven delivery across major infrastructure and construction works, the business is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive high-value, multidisciplinary projects from tender through delivery, while contributing to the organisation's ongoing growth and client success. Overview Our client specialises in a broad range of civil engineering and construction services, including civil construction and infrastructure works, rail and geotechnical projects, remediation solutions, pipelines & drainage infrastructure, and subdivisions. Responsibilities Managing multiple complex civil projects simultaneously Developing works programs, resource schedules, and methodologies Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure performance and compliance Ensuring adherence to contracts, legislation, approvals, and safety obligations Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including ITPs, QA, and compliance reports Monitoring progress, financials, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where needed Engaging with clients daily to manage expectations and represent project outcomes Contributing to tender preparation, constructability reviews, and risk assessments Overseeing budgets, variations, claims, and cash flows Identifying project risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and driving continuous improvement Qualifications A trade background or equivalent hands-on civil/construction experience Minimum 5 years' experience managing complex projects in a similar role Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Project) and other project tools Sound judgment, negotiation, and decision-making ability A strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards, and compliance requirements What’s on Offer Opportunity to lead diverse, high-value projects with significant impact A role where you can help shape the future direction of the business Supportive leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, and development Competitive remuneration and benefits package A collaborative and professional team culture that values initiative and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
