As one of Mackay's larger primary schools, Victoria Park State School facilitates opportunities for career development through a pipeline program that captures beginning teachers right through to prospective school principals. Our staff benefit from access to coaches for behaviour, curriculum and pedagogy and enjoy the support of a designated diverse learning teacher for every year level in addition to an extensive non-teaching team.
