An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the Seafolly team at our store in Sorrento. You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst fostering an inclusive and fun working environment for your team. Part‑time, Permanent Role 18.5 hours per week off‑peak – Thursday, Friday, Saturday 24 hours per week in peak season – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Your Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture. Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling. Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards. Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management. Go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident at the beach. Mentor and motivate your team to personally embrace the lifestyle and brand to make Seafolly the most loved Australian swimwear brand. Your Qualifications Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, desirably within a Store Management or Supervisor role. Proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success. Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude. A love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team. Availability in line with the roster, with the ability to flex on occasion.
