Hi everyone, following our rapid growth, we are currently looking for our next sales representative extraordinaire at Noble Spirits. The job is based in Sydney, NSW. Apply here :) Role Reporting directly to the founders, you will manage and grow a strong base of trade accounts across both on‑premise (selected restaurants, bars, hotels) and independent retail channels, while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our reach. There will also be selected key accounts to look after. You will be covering Sydney metro and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities Represent Noble in a professional and positive manner and demonstrate a high level of pride and passion of the role. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of trade accounts across Sydney and NSW. Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue and distribution targets. Identify and develop opportunities, forming positive trade relationships with new and existing customers (restaurants, bars, hotels, independent bottle shops) in your territory. Plan and prioritise your sales activities and customers towards achieving agreed business goals, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, sales techniques and relevant internal discussion to optimise best‑in‑class service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Secure menu listings and/or drink of the month promotions. Provide monthly sales/activity reports. Receive sales orders from trade customers and ensure they are placed in a timely manner. Attend industry events and networking opportunities, some of which may be after hours. Plan and support local marketing activities when required (e.g. product launches, fairs, promotions, wine dinners/events, advertising and exhibitions). Salary package The job will offer a base and strong commission, phone + car allowance. Base + Car allowance: $80,000 – $95,000 per year. Quarterly Commission (Performance Based). Annual Bonus (Company). Skills Ideally you would have completed a minimal level of wine education. Candidates with WSET Qualifications will be viewed favourably. Wine & Spirits Sales Management, Bar management, retail or Sommelier experience desired, as is hospitality experience though not essential. Passionate about the Industry and willing to increase product knowledge. It is essential that you have strong business/commercial acumen, are numbers driven, ambitious, and strategic in your approach to selling. Excellent communication, well organised, possess time management skills, computer literate, presentable, sound negotiation skills and record keeping skills are required. Exceptional customer service focus is essential. The position demands someone who is self‑motivated and willing to build up a strong foundation of key clients in their prescribed territory. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and time management. Candidates need to be comfortable within the luxury brand industry.
