You will be a strategic leader with an innovative mindset, proficient in problem-solving and effective communication skills. As an Area Manager, you must prioritise fostering a strong safety culture, emphasizing customer focus, and demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach.
To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience in senior leadership, tertiary qualifications preferred, not essentialIndustry experience within reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturingImplementation of a high-performance culture across multiple branches
