The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Office Admin to assist with our front office operations and provide essential administrative support to the team. If you have a positive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to great service, we want to hear from you Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or trades industry is beneficial but not essential . We value attitude and drive above all else Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management: Act as the first point of contact for the business, managing the main phone line and greeting visitors and customers professionally. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and general information, ensuring all interactions leave a positive impression. Order Administration: Assist with processing, tracking, and coordinating fabrication orders and deliveries. Administrative Support: Manage correspondence (email/phone), maintain organised filing systems (physical and digital), and handle general office tasks. Invoicing & Data Entry: Accurately enter data, prepare invoices, and assist with basic accounts administration. Office Supplies: Monitor and order necessary office and kitchen supplies. Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the management and fabrication teams as required. What You’ll Bring Exceptional Attitude: A friendly, positive, and professional demeanor is a must. You are reliable, proactive, and keen to learn. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with builders, roofers, and suppliers. Organisational Skills: Superior organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Tech Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience (Desired but not Essential): Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
