About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across the full development lifecycle, from design and development to testing (including automation), implementation and ongoing enhancements. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across business, product and BAU functions to deliver scalable, secure and intuitive digital solutions. This position is suited to someone who is hands‑on, solves complex problems, and brings a strong understanding of OutSystems and modern front‑end frameworks. Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust, scalable and secure applications. Deliver end‑to‑end software development aligned with established standards and requirements. Build solution features using OutSystems best practices, focusing on performance and user adoption. Write clean, scalable, high‑quality code and build responsive, accessible user interfaces. Participate in continuous improvement activities across the development function. Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation and issue resolution. Prepare and contribute to technical documentation. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, managing competing priorities and deadlines. About You 5+ years’ experience in full‑stack development. Exposure to modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue. Demonstrated experience delivering solutions on the OutSystems Platform. Strong understanding of Agile development practices. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with OutSystems Lifetime, version control and CI/CD tools. Experience integrating with Mulesoft and REST‑based services. SQL experience (Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL), including database modelling. Solid grasp of web development standards and best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business and technical needs. Only applicants with full Australian work rights will be considered.
