The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the next phase of their growth. This is a senior leadership role for a passionate, energetic and highly capable operator – someone with a broad business skillset who can balance strategy with execution, and innovation with profitability. While experience in technology is essential, this role requires far more than a software development background alone. You will take ownership of company operations, performance and profitability, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities, driving growth, and making clear, objective decisions about where the business should invest. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee company operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability and profitability Drive business development and growth, identifying new market opportunities and revenue streams Provide strong leadership across legal, contracts, marketing, staff engagement and resourcing Shape and execute the company's commercial and go‑to‑market strategy Champion innovation, with a strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged commercially Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team About You You are a commercially astute leader with broad business experience across IT, marketing, business development and operations. You understand technology deeply, particularly AI and emerging tech, but your strength lies in applying that knowledge to real business outcomes. You will bring: Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies and their commercial application Experience across contracts, legal considerations, marketing and business development A results‑driven mindset with the ability to make tough, objective decisions High energy, ambition and a genuine appetite for growth and opportunity Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills What's in it for you?
