Join a well-established client of ours in the commercial department. This role is perfect for an experienced HR or People and Culture coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-integrity environments. This is an asap start contract role until 19th of December Located in Adelaide’s northern suburbs Hybrid role with exposure to both local and global HR systems Why You’ll Love This Role Support a collaborative People & Culture team in a trusted organisation Join a high-performing and growing commercial environment Opportunity to grow your HR skills in a complex and essential sector What You’ll Be Doing Provide day-to-day admin support to the People & Culture team Draft employee contracts, letters, and manage personnel files Maintain HR records in Workday and other internal systems Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities Support reporting, audits, and compliance processes Help coordinate internal P&C projects and employee engagement events Liaise with stakeholders locally and internationally About You Australian Citizen Strong administrative background in HR or P&C teams Confident using Excel and managing multiple systems Experience with HRIS (Workday highly desirable) Great attention to detail High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, proactive and eager to learn What You’ll Need Previous experience in a HR or P&C support role Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Perks Work with a globally recognised company Be part of a trusted and values-led organisation Great team culture with ongoing support and training Onsite parking available Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
