Marketing Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover) Location: Penrith; Hybrid (4 days Onsite, 1 day Work from Home) Employment Type: Full time; 12 Month Fixed Term (Maternity Leave Cover) Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Start Date: 19th January 2026 About the Role We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our growing brands across a wide range of digital and content marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑starter with a strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation , social media, and campaign execution to join our growing team with potential to become permanent down the track. You’ll play a key role in driving brand visibility, managing content, and supporting multi‑channel campaigns—including podcast production and guest coordination. What You’ll Be Doing Brand Coordination: What Are We Drinking? Podcast, The Rachel Carey Brand, Zoomly Social Media Management: Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Threads, etc.) Content Creation & Curation: Write, edit, and curate engaging content for social media, email, blogs, and campaign assets — staying across social media trends and best practices to enhance engagement and brand relevance. Podcast Production: Support podcast production including guest coordination, scheduling, and promotional content Creative Production: Coordinate and manage video, photo, and content shoots, including briefing, scheduling, and on‑site support. Event Coordination: Support event coordination for marketing‑led initiatives, including logistics, promotion, and post‑event content. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align messaging and brand tone Campaign Planning & Reporting: Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting, while tracking campaign performance and providing insights for optimisation Paid Ads: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms (paid ads experience is desirable but not essential) Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva for basic design tasks (design experience desirable but not essential) What We’re Looking For Ideally 1‑2 years of marketing experience in a digital or content‑focused role Savvy across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Threads, etc.) Proven ability to manage social media, campaigns and event coordination – knowledge of paid ads preferred, but not essential Skilled in content creation , editing, and publishing for digital channels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being able to work independently Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency. Analytical mindset to measure, report, and optimise content for engagement and reach. Stays ahead of social media trends Experience with the following tools: Mailchimp, Sprout Social (or any other social media management tool), Canva Skills & Attributes Proactive & Self-Directed : Takes initiative and drives tasks to completion with minimal supervision Creative Thinker : Brings fresh ideas to content and campaigns Detail‑Oriented : Ensures accuracy in content, scheduling, and reporting Collaborative : Works well with cross‑functional teams and external partners Adaptable : Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Strong Communicator : Clear and confident in written and verbal communication Customer‑focused : Thrives on delivering excellent customer service; responsive and attentive to guests, clients, and stakeholders If you’re ready to make an impact, drive engagement, and help elevate our brands, we want to hear from you We thank all applicants for their interest.
