We’re after a gun sparkie who can lead from the front. Someone who runs jobs cleanly, helps the team solve problems, mentors juniors, and keeps clients happy across a variety of commercial and government sites. We are an established electrical and air conditioning company providing a full range of commercial, insurance, and government services across Perth and regional WA. Our work covers everything from reactive maintenance and minor works to large‑scale project upgrades, fault finding, and system installations. We’re known for being hands‑on, reliable, and responsive – the team that steps in when others can’t get it done. We’re now looking for someone who can take ownership of small to large electrical projects, lead a crew, and keep things running smoothly across multiple client sites. Required Experience Minimum 3 years in commercial electrical service, maintenance, or projects with recent supervisor or leading hand experience Strong fault finding and diagnostics across switchboards, controls, power, and lighting Proven experience running small to mid projects, quoting small works, and closing out defects Comfortable coordinating multiple jobs, allocating labour, and communicating with clients and site managers Familiar with Simpro or similar job management software, basic reporting, and cost control Solid understanding of AS NZS 3000 and relevant standards, RCD and emergency lighting testing, and safety systems Ability to mentor apprentices and technicians and lift overall team performance Licenses and Tickets Current WA Electrician’s Licence and Driver’s Licence Construction White Card National Police Clearance or ability to obtain Right to work in Australia What You’ll Do Lead a small crew day to day and set clear standards Plan work, order materials, and keep jobs on schedule Handle client updates and variations and keep paperwork tidy in Simpro Troubleshoot complex faults and back up the team on tricky callouts Close out QA, safety, and compliance items Train juniors and build capability across the team What’s on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle to take home and full uniform Paid from home to first site Steady pipeline of commercial and government work all year Supportive management and a good crew culture On call roster available with extra earnings Training and clear pathways into senior leadership Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
