About the Role As an eCommerce Specialist – Accent Brands, you’ll own the technical and operational performance of multiple brand sites across Accent Group’s portfolio, driving continuous improvement in user experience and performance metrics. The role spans sites for Vans, Timberland, HOKA, UGG, Merrell, Saucony and the upcoming Lacoste launch. Key Responsibilities Maintain and optimise product listings across multiple brand websites, ensuring accurate pricing, imagery, descriptions and categorisation. Lead the execution of seasonal product launches, campaigns and new collections, coordinating with merchandising and trading calendars. Monitor product availability, collaborating with Planning and Merchandise teams to keep data accurate and stock visible online. Develop and manage creative briefs for key trading and marketing initiatives, covering performance channels, CRM and site activations. Build and deploy high‑performing content and product landing pages that support key campaigns, promotions and seasonal launches. Oversee and support the eCommerce Coordinator, validating priorities and workflows to ensure accurate data, brand compliance and SEO best practice. Brief internal and external stakeholders (agencies, SEO, SEM, creative partners) to deliver site optimisations and content driving measurable improvements. Audit, maintain and continually optimise the site experience based on customer behaviour data, improving search performance, landing page UX and navigation structure. Own and manage the product hierarchy and categorisation, ensuring logical site taxonomy, attribute tagging and SEO alignment. Assist in briefing and coordinating assets for online campaigns, homepage updates and promotional banners. Set up and QA promotional offers, site banners and campaign landing pages to ensure correct and timely execution. Collaborate with Merchandise Teams to optimise stock levels and align product availability with sales forecasts and profit objectives. Ensure that campaigns, pricing strategies and promotions are implemented accurately within deadlines. Oversee the setup and removal of promotional content on the website, maintaining consistency and relevance. Coordinate online and in‑store promotions to synchronise activities and provide a cohesive customer experience. Conduct regular site audits, flagging errors or opportunities for improvement and supporting the internal CX team. Optimise product categorisation, search functionality and navigation based on user behaviour and business priorities. Lead and support A/B testing and UX improvement initiatives, validating hypotheses to drive measurable conversion uplift. Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to identify friction points and prioritise optimisation initiatives. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and development testing to ensure new features meet performance standards. Continuously refine and optimise site tools such as review systems, sizing guides and on‑site search. Provide weekly and monthly reporting across key eCommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion, sales and product performance. Develop and maintain performance dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel) to track trading metrics and surface emerging trends. Provide commentary and recommendations that inform trading decisions, promotional planning and optimisation opportunities. Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support commercial initiatives, campaign reviews and UX improvement projects. Technical Competencies Experience with leading eCommerce platforms: Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Data Studio, Looker Studio. CRM platform knowledge: Klaviyo (or equivalent) for flows and campaign management. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals, site tagging best practice, QA/UAT processes and API integrations. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word proficiency for analytical and reporting tasks. Qualifications 3–5 years’ eCommerce experience in retail or digital brand management. Hands‑on experience with mobile, web and marketing technology stacks. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Detail‑oriented with a passion for digital accuracy and high‑quality content. Confident communicator, able to brief creative and technical stakeholders. Proactive, solutions‑focused, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. Experience troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with internal dev teams or vendors. Familiarity with CRO practices, A/B testing frameworks and predictive modeling. Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver incremental revenue improvements.
