About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement ESG Officer to join Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers and play a key role in strengthening our procurement governance and ESG outcomes across the business. Reporting to the Procurement Governance, Ethical Sourcing & Modern Slavery Manager, this role provides specialist support across procurement governance frameworks, ethical sourcing, modern slavery, Aboriginal engagement, and broader ESG obligations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the wider Wesfarmers Group to ensure strong commercial outcomes while effectively managing risk and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional with an interest in ESG, governance, and ethical sourcing to build depth and influence within a complex, values‑led organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Provide specialist support acrossWesCEF’sprocurement governance framework, including source-to-contract andprocure-to-pay processes Support and deliver procurement ESG programs Assistwith the development, implementation, education and enforcement of procurement policies, procedures,toolsand training Support compliance with legislative,regulatoryand internal governance requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Shared Services, Corporate SolicitorsOfficeand Group Procurement toidentifyand manage risk Supportselectsourcing activities, including mid-risk sourcing events, RFX processes, contractnegotiationsand supplier management Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement governance,systemsand processes Promote a strong safety culture and support effective HSE management for suppliers and contractors About You You’re a detail-oriented and commercially minded procurement professional who is passionate about ethical sourcing,governanceand continuous improvement.
