About the Role The Hub Access and Activation Lead is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and effective operation and activation of the Mornington Peninsula Shire’s three Youth Hubs. The position plays an integral role in enabling successful co-location of services that contribute to achieving positive outcomes with and for young people. Reporting to the Team Leader Youth and Family Services the core responsibilities include: Provide supportive leadership to ensure the hubs operate smoothly and deliver positive outcomes for young people and the community. Develop, implement and evaluate policies and systems that help create safe, welcoming, and well‑run youth hubs. Foster collaboration between service providers, community groups, and young people to enhance connection and support.
