About the role As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one‑on‑one with clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities In‑home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan Supporting with community‑based recreational and social activities Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success. Role requirements Certificate III Aged Care Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential Current Australian Drivers Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies Employee Benefits Save tax and increase your take‑home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum.
