As part of our vibrant garden community, you'll oversee and guide our youth, helping them stay engaged and productive with daily tasks. You'll also assist with general gardening duties, whether planting, pruning or tidying up. You will also lend your skills to various handyman jobs around the garden, from minor repairs to creative problem-solving. We're looking for someone reliable, approachable and hands‑on, with a genuine interest in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
