The Role Based at our Taren Point store, you will be a valued member of the team with rostered store shifts and flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Responsibilities Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers. Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts. Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets. Support other team members to ensure business goals are met. Contribute to overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping. About You Previous experience in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers. An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job. Strong attention to detail.
