About Mighty Me Mighty Me Early Learning Centre was founded with a clear vision: to refocus early learning on exceptional education, meaningful care, and strong developmental foundations . The centre is guided by expertise in child development, speech pathology, and healthcare , with a strong emphasis on educator capability. Speech pathology and occupational therapy principles are embedded into daily practice , supported by regular, structured professional development. About the Centre Mighty Me is established for over one year with a stable, near‑capacity enrolment base Licensed for 28 children , offering a small, family‑focused environment Modern, high‑quality facilities with a bright outdoor play area and well‑designed staff spaces Open 7:00am – 6:00pm , welcoming children aged 2–6 years Free all‑day street parking About the Role As a Room Leader , you will: Plan, implement, and lead a high‑quality educational program Support children’s development across all learning domains Ensure compliance with the National Regulations and National Quality Standards Lead and mentor educators within your room Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Document and celebrate children’s learning and developmental milestones About You You are warm, professional, and committed to high‑quality early childhood education. You will have: A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Demonstrated experience as a Room Leader Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Child Protection Certificate Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Why Join Mighty Me?
