Joining our team as an Apprentice Chef in the Star Culinary Institute (SCI) program, in partnership with your high school, The Star Sydney is the perfect place to commence your apprenticeship. Recognised industry wide due to the variety of cooking and service styles you are exposed to over the program, we aim to provide you with the ingredients for success. When you bring professionalism, passion and a positive attitude, you'll enjoy learning the first‑rate skills you need to be equipped with for a career in Culinary.
