HSEQ Administrator – Commercial Fit Out Construction Posted 1 day ago Location: St Leonards (Office-based)Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pmEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $100,000 package (inclusive of super)Start: ASAP A well-established commercial construction and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across the business. This is an office-based role suited to a detail-oriented HSEQ professional who enjoys systems, documentation, and supporting project teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment. About the Role Provide administrative support to the HSEQ function across multiple fit-out projects Maintain and manage HSEQ documentation, registers, and records Assist with subcontractor prequalification, inductions, and compliance tracking Support preparation and review of SWMS, risk assessments, and management plans Coordinate audits, inspections, and corrective action close-outs Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and data entry Support tender submissions and project mobilisation documentation Maintain HSEQ systems aligned to WHS legislation and ISO standards You must have Previous experience in an HSEQ Administrator, WHS Coordinator, or similar role Background in construction or commercial fit-out highly regarded Strong attention to detail and document control skills Confident using systems such as SharePoint, Hammertech, or similar platforms Good understanding of Australian WHS requirements Strong communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer Stable, full-time office-based role in St Leonards Standard business hours: 8:00–5:00 or 8:30–5:30 Supportive team and growing fit-out business If you are interested in this position please give me a call on or email an up to date resume to About ACRWORLD Sydney, NSW, Australia This company does not have any further information provided at this time.
