You will be part of a national team delivering exceptional results across flow control systems in water, mining, and infrastructure. Rather than selling products alone, you’ll drive high-level technical solutions that matter. Responsibilities Own and manage a $10M+ client portfolio across Victoria and Tasmania. Work directly with contractors, EPCs, operators, distributors, and engineering teams to build powerful commercial relationships. Interpret drawings, flow data, and pressure specifications, and design custom solutions with valves, actuation, and elite OEM capabilities. Drive high-level technical conversations and sell solutions that meet client needs. Represent a globally respected, engineering-led brand, known for excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client experiences. Qualifications Experienced technical sales professional, ideally with exposure to valves, flow control, pumping, or piping systems—especially in the Vic & Tasmanian markets. Mechanically minded and able to discuss media types, flow rates, and pressure specifications with engineers and project managers. Relationship-driven, commercially astute, with a track record of delivering beyond expectations. Strong communication skills across CRM, phone, written proposals, and in-person conversations.
