Armidale Town & Country Real Estate – Armidale NSW Armidale Town & Country Real Estate have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and well-presented Receptionist to join our professional and welcoming team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and positive first impression while providing vital administrative support to our sales and property management departments. About the Role This is a full-time position based in our Armidale office. Your day will be varied and rewarding, assisting clients in person and over the phone, managing general office duties, and supporting our busy team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Manage incoming calls and email enquiries Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams Handle filing, data entry, and other general office duties Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area About You Professional, well-presented, and approachable Strong communication and organisational skills Confident using computers and learning new systems Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, but not essential Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks A positive team player who takes pride in their work A current driver's licence is essential Previous reception or administration experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided to the right applicant Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position Applications close: Close of business 21st November 2025 To apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to**********@atacre.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
