Operations Manager Position Title: Operations Manager Reports To: CEO Location: Bundoora, Victoria Employment Type: Full-time Company: Help at Hand Support Services (HAHS), an NDIS‑registered disability support provider dedicated to empowering participants to live their best lives. Purpose of the Role: The Operations Manager leads and manages the day‑to‑day operations of the organisation’s aged care and disability support services, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards and internal quality frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of aged care and NDIS support services across multiple sites. Supervise and support Team Leaders, Coordinators and frontline staff. Oversee client intake, service coordination and care planning processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Monitor incidents, complaints and feedback to drive service improvement. Coordinate workforce planning, rosters and resource allocation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and policy development. Support audit preparation and reporting for the NDIS Commission and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values. Deliver accurate and timely reports to the Directors. Key Selection Criteria Proven experience managing operations in aged care or disability services, ideally holding at least 3 years in a similar role. Sound understanding of compliance frameworks (NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards). Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented, energetic and adaptable with a deep passion for business and achieving success. Strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities. Qualification in Health, Community Services or Business Management. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Service delivery compliance above 95 % Client satisfaction ≥ 90 % Staff satisfaction ≥ 90 % Roster efficiency within budget Timely closure of incidents and complaints The Rewards HAHS is a growing business aiming to be a leader in the healthcare industry.
