By joining our high performing team in Darwin, you will be part of a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service, innovative thinking and return to work support. We are seeking a Case Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation in accordance with both relevant regulatory and Allianz requirements. The role will be responsible for maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants. The successful applicant must reside or be willing to relocate to the Northern Territory. About the role Proactively manage claims for individuals injured at work in the Northern Territory from inception to finalisation. Always maintain a strong focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for workers. Make key liability decisions, assess benefits, treatment and rehabilitation requirements in line with the NT Return to Work legislation. Build effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including employers, legal representatives, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers to drive successful outcomes.
