They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of the project from day one. This is an opportunity to lead a build with autonomy, backed by a trusted and well-structured delivery team. You’ll step into an environment where decisions are made efficiently, support is consistent, and your contribution will have a lasting impact on the local community. The Company This builder delivers a diverse project portfolio across education, community, commercial, and government sectors, typically ranging from $10M to $60M+. They are known for their repeat clients, robust systems, and a culture that values retention, transparency, and approachable leadership. You’ll benefit from clear communication channels, hands‑on senior support, and a stable flow of work that allows Site Managers to transition seamlessly from one project to the next. What You’ll Be Doing Leading day-to-day site operations and supervising all trades Overseeing scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and site progress Maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards Building strong working relationships with subcontractors Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure program alignment Managing site reporting, documentation, and general administration What You Bring Proven experience in delivering structural new‑build projects, ideally in education or institutional sectors.
