Role Snapshot As our Senior Leasing & Property Manager, you will be the face of the leasing journey – championing a premium prospect experience while fostering long‑term relationships that boost occupancy, retention, and community cohesion. A Day In The Life Drive and execute the strategic leasing plan to optimise occupancy, rental income and adherence to HAAF legislative requirements. Lead rent‑setting discussions, incentives, and renewal strategies. Deliver an exceptional leasing experience through property tours, inspections, open homes and personalised guidance. Oversee the development and improvement of operational procedures to enhance efficiency across a portfolio of assets. Ensure compliance with Residential Tenancies Act, Privacy Act, Anti‑Discrimination laws and other relevant requirements. Build strong relationships to enhance retention and consistently achieve high resident satisfaction survey results. Maintain strong communication and service excellence for all stakeholders. About You You are a proactive, hands‑on leasing and property professional who thrives on strategy, operational excellence, and building thriving communities. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring Unlimited working rights in Australia. A valid National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months). Valid & current VIC Class 1 or Class 2 Licence to conduct Real Estate Business. Experience at a senior or supervisory level, ideally in residential leasing or BTR environments. Strong understanding of Residential Tenancies Act, HAAF requirements, and other relevant legislation, ensuring all processes meet regulatory standards. Proven ability to build rapport with renters, clients and teams alike.
