You will bring warmth, professionalism and a deep respect for relationships. You’ll succeed in this role if you: Hold a Cert III, Diploma or ECT qualification (or are working toward one) as well as a current clear Working with Children’s Check Have experience working with infants (0–2 years) in an ECEC setting Communicate with clarity, empathy and professionalism Value calm, predictable routines that support secure attachments Enjoy collaborating with a consistent, highly skilled team Are reflective, open to feedback and committed to ongoing learning Have a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and child-safe practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
