The company covers a variety of projects including commercial, education, health, industrial, infrastructure and energy. In this role you will be focused on the building side of the business so previous experience working on these projects is essential. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior staff and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and tendering processes. Oversee contract administration, variations, and final account settlements. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project cost control. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery. Mentor and support the development of junior team members. Contribute to business development initiatives and the expansion of our client portfolio Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on cost consultancy. Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
