We are on the hunt for an SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Support Consultant to join our Federal Government team. The role will be responsible for providing expert functional and technical support for our SAP VIM solutions. This role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, implementing change requests, and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of invoices within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management) integration with VIM, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user support. We operate with a hybrid working approach that acknowledges in-person collaboration while considering factors to meet both individual preferences and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Incident Management & Troubleshooting Change Management & Enhancements System Monitoring & Maintenance Integration & Collaboration Documentation & Reporting Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP VIM support, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of SAP FI (Accounts Payable, General Ledger) and SAP MM (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Vendor Master) integration with VIM. Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) versions. Familiarity with Invoice Capture Center (ICC) or OpenText Intelligent Capture (OTIC) for OCR processing. Technical & Functional Expertise: Proficient in SAP VIM configuration, including; Document Processing and Workflow configuration PO/Non-PO processing and exceptions Invoice Approval workflows and delegation Line Item Matching Invoice Register and Analytics VIM Roles and Responsibilities Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to VIM is a plus. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting. Ability to isolate and identify root causes of complex issues. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service.
