About The Role Design, develop, and document Biztalk-based solutions that are aligned with ART’s technical strategy and business needs. Work closely with stakeholders and team members to evaluate, analyse, and estimate change requests, ensuring the successful implementation of quality-driven solutions. Investigate, resolve and test incidents/defects, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, consistent solutions. Alignment to ART’s Software Delivery Life Cycle framework. Ability to adapt and committed to continuous learning. Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role is a permanent opportunity. Location Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. About You It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent. Proficiency in .NET/C# programming. Experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016 or later) in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions. Experience of troubleshooting with BizTalk Admin Console and Event Viewer. Experience in solution architecture and integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on quality and performance. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and release coordination. Proven ability to estimate, plan, and manage development tasks in complex environments. Experience mentoring developers and contributing to team leadership.
