We're seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer to support a major tenant migration program within a large, complex government environment. If you enjoy working across identity, security and collaboration platforms-and thrive in structured, enterprise settings-this role offers challenge, scale and the chance to deliver meaningful transformation. You’ll be part of a digital services and integration team responsible for designing, guiding and validating M365 tenant migration activities. Your work will cover transitional architecture, pilot migrations, and ensuring identity, mail, Teams, SharePoint and security services remain stable throughout the program. You’ll collaborate closely with cloud, modern workplace, architecture and innovation teams to ensure all migration activity aligns with endorsed technical direction. Key Responsibilities Assess business requirements and ensure designs align with program goals Provide expert troubleshooting across AD, Entra ID, M365 and Azure Produce solution designs, architecture documentation and migration patterns Oversee migration execution phases, ensuring alignment to approved designs Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and business owners Provide quality assurance, technical guidance and support risk/issue management Lead the design and management of Entra ID, M365 tenants and application integration solutions About You You bring practical leadership, clear communication and strong technical capability across enterprise Microsoft platforms. You're confident working in complex environments and can translate technical activity into stable, repeatable outcomes. You will have: 7+ years in large-scale M365 enterprise environments Hands‑on tenant migration experience (identity cutover, mail, Teams, SharePoint) Strong understanding of Entra Connect, Azure and cross‑tenant collaboration Experience working with transitional architecture (current → transitional → target state) Ability to produce high‑quality architectural diagrams and documentation Understanding of authentication, authorisation and app dependencies Microsoft certifications (M365, Entra, Identity) highly regarded Opportunity to lead complex enterprise migration work High‑value program with strong visibility and impact If this sounds like your next opportunity apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
