Your day‑to‑day will include: Welcoming patients and updating personal details Managing appointment schedules and consulting room logistics Answering phone enquiries with empathy and efficiency Ensuring seamless administrative pathways for patient care Maintaining accurate and confidential records Supporting health and safety initiatives Embodying Icon’s values in every interaction What You Bring Experience in a medical reception Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence with Word, Excel, and medical terminology A genuine passion for patient‑centred service Icon Cancer Centre – Australia and New Zealand Icon Cancer Centre are pioneers of private cancer care in Australia with over 35 years' experience.
