The Opportunity We are looking for motivated and reliable labourers to join our precast concrete production team. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys practical, physical work in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the production of precast concrete products Prepare and clean moulds Pour, vibrate, and finish concrete Safely operate hand and power tools Perform general yard and housekeeping duties Operate forklifts and overhead gantry cranes (training provided if required) Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times About You Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Physical fitness to perform manual labour Moderate fitness level to safely carry out physical tasks and manual handling throughout the workday Experience in concreting, precast, or construction (preferred but not essential) A forklift licence (desirable) Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position What We Offer On‑the‑job training and skill development Opportunities for growth within a well‑established business A supportive team culture focused on safety and quality Competitive hourly rate based on experience How to Apply If you're motivated, hardworking, and keen to join a respected precast concrete company where you can build a stable career, we'd love to hear from you.
