Join us for an exciting 12-month max-term contract where you'll be part of a transformative journey We are seeking a highly skilled Transition Manager to lead and deliver the end-to-end relocation of our Distribution Centre (DC) operations from Altona DC to our brand-new national distribution centre located in Truganina. Reporting to the Automated DC Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations at Altona while program managing the transition activities to Truganina — covering labour, equipment, change management, communications, IT, and more. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will ensure a seamless and successful transformation of our DC operations. Your key responsibilities will focus on: Safety Transition Management DCperformance Industrial/ Employee Relations People leadership About you We are seeking a Transition Manager with extensive experience in Distribution Centre operations and in leading major site transition projects. In addition, you will have: The ability to ensure DC safety standards are consistently maintained to a high level, fully compliant with company guidelines and regulatory expectations. Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale transition programs, aligning with broader strategic initiatives. Strong capability to monitor, manage, and drive DC performance and productivity against target measures, ensuring operational excellence across all functions. Demonstrated expertise in leading Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters, acting as the senior site leader to foster positive workplace relations. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, engage, and develop the Altona site team, building a high-performing and collaborative team culture. WHY JOIN US?
