Right now, we’re looking for a Data Analyst (Senior) who will be part of the data team but partner closely with Finance and Operations teams, turning messy questions into crisp insights that help us run smarter, move faster, and deliver better care. About the Role If you love diving into data, spotting what matters, and shaping the systems that keep a fast-moving business running you’ll thrive here. This role blends analysis, product thinking, and hands‑on problem‑solving. You’ll be the go‑to for turning complexity into clarity. What You’ll Be Driving Translate business needs into clean, actionable analytical solutions Partner with Engineering on data requirements, schema design, and measurement for new initiatives Define success metrics with Finance & Ops, guiding how we track what matters Mine, organise, and transform data so it’s accurate, usable, and effortless to interpret Spot patterns, trends, and anomalies and help the team act on them Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations that communicate insights in seconds Support teams with coaching on data tools and best practices Lead ad‑hoc deep dives and shape recommendations for senior leadership Who This Is For You’ll be a great fit if you: Move fast and communicate even faster Distil complex ideas into simple, sharp insights Think in systems, edge cases, and long‑term scalability Love working across teams and taking ownership end‑to‑end Balance detail with calm, structured problem‑solving Thrive in lean teams where clarity, speed, and impact matter Experience You Bring 3+ years in data analytics (ideally in tech or health tech), with clear impact to show Strong SQL + hands‑on experience with data modelling, Segment/CDPs, and BI tools like Looker Bonus: dbt, LookML, Python, predictive modelling, or interest in ML What’s on offer We hire teammates that share our values, believe in our mission and are passionate about the future of people’s health.
