Talent Focus is partnering with a global industry leader to recruit an experienced EHS & Compliance Manager to oversee all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality functions across Australia and New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role driving strategic direction, compliance excellence and continuous improvement across multiple sites. About the Role You will take ownership of the organisation's EHS & Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental regulations and ISO standards. Working closely with local and global leaders, you will drive key initiatives that enhance safety performance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of annual and 3-year EHS and sustainability strategies Drive EHS KPI development, reporting and improvement programs Manage and maintain ISO certifications (ISO45001, ISO14001, RC14001, ISO9001) Conduct hazard and risk assessments; implement strong control measures Lead national EHS training programs and internal audit frameworks Oversee critical incident investigations and implement corrective actions Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance Lead, coach and develop direct reports to achieve high performance Manage the return-to-work program and workers compensation processes Oversee the EHS budget for the ANZ region About You We are seeking a highly experienced and confident EHS professional with strong leadership capability and a proven track record in compliance and ISO management. You Will Bring Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or related field 15+ years' experience in an EHS leadership role within a relevant industry Strong understanding of ISO45001, ISO14001 & ISO9001 frameworks Experience leading audits, training programs and risk assessments Highly developed communication, reporting and influencing skills Strong attention to detail and ability to partner across all business levels First Aid and Return-to-Work Coordinator certification (or ability to obtain) Why Join This Organisation?
