Senior Contracts Administrator – Major Project Delivery Sydney Applicants Welcome Location: Wollongong & South Coast RegionSalary: From $200,000 + Super (Negotiable)Type: Full-time, Permanent We’re seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator ready to step into the next phase of their career, someone who’s been running large-scale projects end‑to‑end and is now on the verge of Contracts Manager level. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant project, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance, manage commercial outcomes, and ensure seamless delivery from procurement to completion. You’ll bring structure, foresight, and accountability, leading the contractual, financial, and administrative components of the build, while mentoring and developing others around you. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of commercial management across all project stages. Oversee procurement, subcontractor engagement, and financial administration. Manage head contracts, variations, progress claims, and forecasting. Lead and mentor a team of CA’s to ensure consistency and performance. Drive compliance with company procedures, reporting, and contractual obligations. Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Site teams to ensure delivery targets are met. About You Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator (ideally within Tier 2 or Tier 3 environments). Proven track record delivering large-scale projects ($50M+) from start to finish. Deep understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and cost control. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability. Confident communicator who leads with professionalism, accountability, and integrity. Ready to step up into a Contracts Manager pathway within the right business.
