Join to apply for the Digital Director role at Carat Australia We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Director - Performance Integration with our amazing team in Sydney Core responsibilities Lead cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with globally agreed communication model and planning principles. Act as the senior cross-channel point of contact for the cluster client, managing key client relationships across the performance hub. Coordinate media execution across performance channels while ensuring integration with key channels. Work with client's market stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs), managing conversations and workloads effectively. Ensure integrated campaign briefs are aligned with performance channel requirements. Own and manage the overall workload across performance channels, prioritising tasks effectively. A bit about you Proven ability to lead integrated responses to brief incorporating local insights and key market learnings. Experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across local and global initiatives. Strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure the strategic direction aligns with business challenges and vision. Proactively put forward innovation opportunities and share own market knowledge with the client community. Previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and act as an escalation point for performance‑related challenges.
