Role Description This part‑time, on‑site Property Inspector role is located in Clarkson, WA. The Property Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, documenting findings, and ensuring properties meet required standards. The role includes liaising with property owners, tenants, and the property management team to address any necessary tasks or concerns. You will also collaborate with potential clients and support property management activities. A key component involves attention to detail and excellent communication skills to maintain the quality standards expected by Mayfair Property Services.
