Service Advisor – Multi-Franchise Dealership Join a dynamic, customer-focused team with leading automotive brands We’re seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Advisor to join our busy multi-franchise dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our service department. About the Role As a key member of our service team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers; providing expert advice, coordinating vehicle service bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience from drop‑off to collection. You’ll work closely with our technicians, parts interpreters, and workshop controller to ensure every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage service bookings in a professional and friendly manner Communicate repair and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately Prepare repair orders, cost estimates, and invoices Liaise between customers and the workshop to provide updates and approvals Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer and dealership standards Support warranty and recall processes where required Skills & Experience Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry (would be advantageous but not essential) Strong communication, telephone etiquette and organisational skills A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and aftersales service excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Computer literacy (experience with Revolution, or similar systems advantageous) Current WA driver’s licence What We Offer Competitive salary package and incentives; achievable bonus structure crafted to help you attain your objectives.
