We are looking for an experienced Loader Driver on a permanent basis who is able to work during either shift from 8am - 4pm (some flexibility may be required). This is a Mon - Fri role with occasional Saturday and OT will be provided. About the role: Operating the loader as required at the plant to bale materials that has been delivered to the site. Able to safely operate the equipment plant with the ability to effectively communicate on the UHF radio. Always adhere to health & safety procedures and policies at all times and report any near misses and fault findings. Load walking floors with commingled material to be transported from site. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent initiative, punctuality, and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team. About you: Front End Loader ticket is essential Prior excavator experience will be highly desirable. Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, recycling/waste management, or similar industry. Skilled and safe use of relevant plant and equipment required to effectively and efficiently complete required tasks. Understands and applies quality control techniques.
