Sales Consultant – DENZA (Southbank & Kew | New Luxury EV Brand Launch) Harmony Auto is an international dealership group specialising in the premium and luxury automotive sector. Since establishing a global strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the brand’s channel development and operations across multiple overseas markets. With the expansion of DENZA in Victoria markets, we are now seeking passionate Denza Partners to join our retail team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing As a Denza Sales Consultant , you will represent one of the most innovative luxury EV brands in the world, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience. Your Responsibilities Engage customers in our flagship Denza showrooms (CBD & Kew), providing detailed product presentations and live demonstrations. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions that reflect Denza’s premium brand values. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through professional consultation and follow‑up. Coordinate test drives, quotations, CRM updates, and vehicle handovers. Ensure an exceptional customer experience before and after delivery. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and service teams to achieve seamless operations. Stay informed on EV technology, luxury automotive trends, and Denza’s evolving product line. About You We’re seeking confident, customer‑focused professionals with a passion for luxury vehicles and innovation . You’ll Ideally Have Proven experience in premium or luxury automotive sales (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo) or high‑end retail sales (e.g. fashion, jewellery, watches, or other luxury products). Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach. Ability to deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience. Passion for new energy vehicles and emerging EV technologies. A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays (5‑day roster). Why Join Us?
