Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us Join us at Point Clare, as an OSHClub Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children This permanent, part-time role offers 35 hours per week, including 8 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30-9:00 am (Rise then Shine) 2:30-6:00 pm (Stay and Play) About the role As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5‑12 years. This role is all about leadership: You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program, filled with exciting activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. Qualifications A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Australian work rights. A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
