What's the role? We currently have opportunities for experienced Multi‑Skilled Operators to join the Qube team in the Moranbah area. What are we offering? Full‑Time, DIDO/FIFO or locally based Rotating 7‑on/7‑off roster $56.93 per hour + super on all hours Accommodation & meals provided Opportunity to work with industry‑leading equipment & facilities Ongoing development opportunities for career growth Commitment to a “Zero Harm” workplace Commitment to promoting workplace diversity & inclusivity ‘Refer a Friend’ program – both parties will earn $500 each In order to be successful in the MC Operator role, it is essential that candidates have: Unrestricted Multi‑Combination Licence Front End Loader ticket. Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical Prior & proficient operation of C‑Triple Road Trains Prior side‑tipping experience (highly regarded) Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the mining industry and with relevant equipment Good mechanical aptitude A good knowledge of load restraint and fatigue management requirements Previous experience working in heavy transport & mining industry (high regarded) Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment, with a proactive approach to task resolution to maintain a high quality of work Have a commitment to Zero Harm The following is preferable, but not essential and we will provide training for: Standard 11 Side‑tipping experience At Qube we value diversity in the workplace and encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
