In this role, you will lead and support HR, Finance, and/or Enterprise programs aligned with QSS’s strategic roadmap and vision. You will oversee initiatives across people, processes, and technology to drive business transformation and efficiency, including concept appraisals, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation. The Program Lead role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative programs of work that will shape the future of Queensland Shared Services. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of initiatives that support the QSS strategic roadmap, organisational goals and planning artefacts. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment of program objectives. Benefits Realisation: Facilitate the identification, management, and tracking of program benefits, ensuring a smooth transition of responsibility for benefits realisation to operational teams. Governance and Reporting: Deliver consistent, transparent, and effective program reporting to support informed decision-making through established governance frameworks. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, manage, and elevate program risks, issues, and decisions to ensure timely resolution and successful program outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the program by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and practices.
