Warehouse Operator

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team at NMPS' in Preston, VIC. This is a full-time (and casual available) position where you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse and distribution centre. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. What you'll be doing Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure accurate delivery Organising, storing, and retrieving materials and products in the warehouse Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet customer requirements Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies Assisting with routine warehouse maintenance and cleaning tasks Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements What we're looking for Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to following health and safety procedures Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently What we offer Opportunities for career development and ongoing training Comprehensive health and wellbeing program Employee discounts on a range of products and services Collaborative and inclusive company culture About us NMPS' is a leading provider of warehousing, storage, and distribution services in the manufacturing industry.
